This nineteenth-century villa is surrounded by an oasis of peace and tranquillity in the park of the villas of Bologna. Villa Valfiore is a residence surrounded by a park planted with centuries-old trees in the heart of the countryside, yet at the same time just outside the gates to the mediaeval city of Bologna and its main infrastructures.

The residence, which has been renovated throughout, retains its original appearance and was built with great attention to detail, with materials and finishing touches blending perfectly, from the flooring to the lighting right through to the choice of colours for the fabric and upholstery. The large underground car park provides direct access to the villa and all its facilities, without in any way spoiling the delightful Mediterranean garden. The scent of dried lavender, placed in vases on each floor, fills the wellness area, meeting room, restaurant and public areas and even the rooms.

The Villa Valfiore wellness centre, an area specially designed for fitness, extends under most of the park.
